2024

In 2024 Update AGV to FMR, create full-scenario FMR unmanned forklift solutions, and launch the X-Gen brand
2022

In 2022, the company was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board with the stock code SH688251; a new generation of green intelligent logistics robots was released.
2021

In 2021, the IPO of the Science and Technology Innovation Board was successfully passed, and it was the first in China to create a 20-ton laser forklift AGV product and released a new intelligent loading solution for the industry.
2020

In 2020, it won the "Well-known Chinese Trademark" certification, established Hangzhou Zhilingjie Robot Co., Ltd., launched the first "3D-climbing robot" product developed in China, launched an IPO, and entered a new stage of Jingsong Intelligence.
2019

In 2019, it completed the shareholding reform, launched laser SLAM navigation AMR products, established software productization, hardware product matrix, control modularization and other standard systems, and established a Shanghai branch.
2018

In 2018, it developed and produced its own visual robots in the industrial field and realized product application. It established strategic partnerships with many Fortune 500 companies and implemented smart factory projects in multiple industries such as automobiles and chemicals.
2017

In 2017, it won the title of "Excellent Brand of China's Logistics Equipment Industry", and a new park of over 60,000 square meters was put into use. It optimized its strategic layout and focused on comprehensive services for smart logistics system integration and intelligent equipment manufacturing.
